Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Bio-K+ apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
